Review: BareMinerals Pop Of Passion

I fell in love with this lip oil-balm trio from BareMinerals the minute I saw them pop up on Mecca's website.
I'm not a fan of matte lips and I hate the feeling of anything even remotely dry on my lips so I jumped at the chance to try an oil-based lip stain.

I was pleasantly surprised with the texture of these.  They feel slightly more mositurising than a creme lip colour and I would describe them as the best lip balm you have ever tried with a really good colour pay off.
They apply creamy and the more you press your lips together and wear them in they become a little softer and you can feel the oil.
You can build the colour slightly with a few coats but these are not opaque.  They are designed to be worn without the fuss of having to worry about feathering, bleeding or bunching up like a traditional lipstick.
They won't last all day but you will get a few hours of wear and will be left with a slight stain after the balm has worn off.

The three colours are a good combo and I think would suit most people.  I personally have gotten the most use out of Plumberry Pop and Nude Passion.
Pink Passion is perfect for lazy weekend brunches and to give you that little pop of oomph.
Pink Passion and Nude Passion could easily be worn with minimal or no make-up.

Nude Passion, Plumberry Pop, Pink Passion

RRP: $38 from Mecca
Single colours are $23 each
There are 8 shades in total in the range and I'm already eyeing off Rose Passion.
